Lee Style T'ai Chi

T'ai Chi is a gentle form of exercise originating from ancient China.

Combining flowing movements and deep breathing, it  brings benefits to body and mind. T'ai Chi can help you deal with the stresses and strains in life. It is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

        Informal practice sessions at:

  • Gym 1, University of Chichester,  Bishop Otter Campus, College Lane, Chichester       

        Wednesdays 7.45 - 9.15pm

  • St Nicholas Hall, Brooks Lane, Bosham

        Mondays    7.45 - 9.15pm
