Lee Style T'ai Chi

T'ai Chi is a gentle form of exercise originating from ancient China. It combines flowing movements and deep breathing. Whilst helping you relax it promotes mental and physical well-being.

Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

New members are always welcome!

Beginners/Intermediate Class at:

  • Gym 1, University of Chichester,  Bishop Otter Campus, College Lane, Chichester

        Wednesdays 7.45 -9.15pm

  • St Nicholas Hall, Brooks Lane, Bosham

        Thursdays 7.45 - 9.15pm

      (No class the first Thursday of each month)

Classes will change in September 2008: Bosham class will then run every Wednesday evening; Chichester class every Thursday.

 Weekend day course to be arranged for autumn 2008.
