We follow the traditions of the Lee family style of T'ai Chi, laid down by Professor Cham Kam Lee. He taught Chee Soo, who went on to teach and inspire many. This style of T'ai Chi is based upon creating harmony and balance. It includes a variety of elements such as breathing exercises, a T'ai Chi form (pattern of flowing movements) and exercises with a partner, including sticky hands.
Currently a group of friends meet once or twice a week to practise together in an informal atmosphere.
