Currently a small group of friends meet up once or twice a week to practice in an informal atmosphere. We are happy for others to join us but wish to highlight that whilst we are not running formal lessons we do our best to accommodate everyone's needs, whatever their ability and experience.

We follow the traditions of the Lee family style of T'ai Chi, laid down by Professor Cham Kam Lee. He taught Chee Soo, who went on to teach and inspire many. This style of T'ai Chi is based upon creating harmony and balance. It includes a variety of elements such as breathing exercises, a T'ai Chi form (pattern of flowing movements) and exercises with a partner, including sticky hands.
